Union Code of Conduct

  • I will not criticize a colleague except directly to that person.

  • If a colleague is being criticized in my presence, I will ask that it stop.

  • I will not willingly participate in any conversation with management that criticizes or negatively speculates about a union colleague.

  • I will engage in debate, offer others the opportunity for debate and respect minority view points.

  • I will support the majority decision of my union.
